Terms of use — ZAFA

1. Who may use the services

• The ZAFA app and the team area: for adult members of the ZAFA team only (the admin and the photographers). Accounts are created by the admin; there is no public sign-up.
• Clients: the groom (and whoever he shares the link with) opens his wedding gallery and invitation card through a private link sent by the studio, protected by a password where needed.
• Guests: may write a message in the guestbook and watch a live stream through its link.

2. Your account and responsibility

• Keep your password confidential and do not let anyone else use your account or your signed-in device.
• Tell the admin at once if your device is lost or you think someone used your account; the admin can change the password and sign every device out.
• You are responsible for everything done from your account and for the replies, notes and files you send.
• Sign out when you use a shared device.

3. Client photos and videos are confidential

All photos, videos and event details of clients are private. Team members use them only for the work they are assigned and must:

• not share, publish or send them to anyone outside the studio’s systems, and not post them on personal accounts without the studio’s written permission;
• not copy or keep personal copies of them, and remove them from personal devices and cards once uploaded to the archive, as the admin instructs;
• not take screenshots of clients’ details, numbers or cards for anything other than the work.

This obligation continues after working with the studio ends or the account is closed.

4. Ownership of content

• The app, the website, the designs, the logo and the «زفة / ZAFA» name belong to ZAFA Photography Studio.
• Photos and videos taken during the studio’s work are produced for the studio and its clients; team members may not use them for themselves.
• A client may view, download and keep the photos and videos in his gallery for personal use under his booking agreement; they may not be sold or used commercially without permission.
• What you write yourself (a guestbook message, invitation card details) remains your responsibility, and you allow us to use it to provide the service.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• try to access someone else’s account, the admin pages, or a client gallery you were not given;
• bypass security, guess passwords, scrape data automatically or overload the service;
• upload harmful files or files unrelated to the work;
• write offensive, indecent or unlawful content in the guestbook or notes, or pretend to be someone else;
• publish a gallery link or its password publicly against the client’s wishes.

We may hide any content that breaks these rules.

6. Live streaming

• Some weddings are streamed live on YouTube by agreement with the client. Streams are «Unlisted»: they do not appear in search and can be watched only by people who have the link; they may be shown inside the client’s gallery.
• Watching a stream is also subject to YouTube’s terms and Google’s privacy policy.
• You may not re-stream a broadcast or record and republish it without the client’s permission.
• The client may ask for the stream to be stopped or the recording removed at any time.

7. Galleries and invitation cards

A gallery stays available for a set period, after which downloads end; keep a copy of your photos before then. The invitation details the groom enters must be correct, and the design follows the sample he picks.

8. Suspension and termination

• The admin may suspend or close any team account at any time, for example when work with the studio ends or these terms are broken; access to client data ends immediately.
• You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time on the Account deletion page or inside the app.
• We may disable the link of any gallery or stream that is misused.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• The services are provided «as is» and «as available». We work to keep them running and backed up, but we do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• We are not liable for indirect losses, or for problems caused by your device, your internet connection or third-party services such as Apple, Google and YouTube.
• All of this applies to the extent permitted by the law of the Kingdom of Bahrain and does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date of the last update is shown at the top, and important changes are announced in the app or on the website. Continuing to use the services after an update means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
