You can ask for your ZAFA app account (or your data in a gallery or invitation card) to be deleted on this page. The request goes to the admin, and we confirm it is yours before anything is deleted.

What is deleted
Once we have confirmed the request is yours, within 30 days we delete:
- The sign-in account: name, email, phone number and password.
- Sign-in keys, device registrations and notification tokens, including widgets and Apple Watch.
- Your notifications, personal tasks, busy days and personal notes.
- For clients: invitation card details, the guestbook messages you ask us to remove, and your gallery favourites.
What we keep
- Financial and accounting records (fees and payments) for as long as the law of the Kingdom of Bahrain requires.
- Event photos and videos you uploaded, because they are part of the client’s event archive and belong to the client and the studio — no longer linked to your account.
- Backups rotate automatically; deleted data disappears from them within about 45 days.
